「There was leftover food in the microwave, trash around the mini fridge, dusty handprints on the bedside lamps, grime around the toilet and worse of all was a small side window, but big enough for someone to crawl in from the outside, next to the picture window that was left open. We didn't notice the window last night because we checked in around 11:00 p.m. and the curtains were closed. The bathtub was dirty as well. I have asked for a refund.
