This relaxing getaway is newly built, 1100 sq ft, has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is our tastefully furnished home away from home. 1 King, 1 Queen bed, both with comfy pillow top mattresses. Enjoy the peek a boo river views from your own private patios off of the living room and master bedroom or snuggle up for a movie in front of the living rooms cozy electric fireplace. Great restaurants, wine bars, coffee bistros, salons, galleries and shops only steps away. The unit includes linens, TVs in each room, DVD players, towels, hair dryer, games, puzzles, washer, dryer and it has a fully equipped kitchen. Covered parking right next to the front door.
If outdoor is more your style, you are only minutes away from the beach, dunes, lakes, hiking trails, state parks, miniature golf, bumper boats, go carts, bowling, horse back riding, the fun is endless. You will never run out of things to do here in Florence.

This home was perfect for our stop over in Florence on our way up the Oregon Coast. Very cute condo and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, with a nice bakery right across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartmnt

Superb apartment in Florence, OR. The pictures don't really do it justice. Very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Great location 2 minutes from restaurants and bars, and just off 101.....but no traffic noise. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location! My daughter and I went for a weekend to see Florence and this was the perfect place to stay for quick walking access to coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping!I was concerned that there was no air conditioning, as I am an AC gal… But owner assured me that even in summer, it was almost always unnecessary due to cool weather. She was right, it was great!Bed was super comfy! Would definitely stay again when in the area. Everything was perfect.

Good, But

Location was very good, unit was very clean. Did not appreciate in advance the number of steps up to the bedroom. Not enough light in the unit. WiFi was awful. Came and went so impossible to keep computer connected. Not strong enough to run iPhone. TV channels would not run due to low WiFi signal. Kind of ruined visit.

Lovely townhouse in Old Town

This is a very comfortable and well maintained condo near all the great shops and restaurants of Old Town. Lots of stairs so be prepared to carry in your personal items.

Cozy & comfortable “home base” in Florence

We had a great stay! The property was clean, homey & very comfortable. The location was fantastic and was within walking distance of fun restaurants, shops, galleries and waterfront area. No worries about finding parking when exploring the downtown bay front! Check in/out was easy peasy! The bed and linens were so cozy and comfortable. The unit was surprisingly quiet. I appreciated that this owner charged a “reasonable” cleaning fee that want through the roof like most VRBOs these days. Thank you!

Condo in Florence review

I suggest updating the photos on VRBO as they are outdated. Living room furniture is not the same as pictures. Could use another chair. Otherwise pretty nice place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Florence

Our condo in Florence was just as expected. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. One note I would suggest—this is a 3 level property, so people with mobility issues should probably choose a more accessible place. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

This home is a great home, clean, and located in the heart of Florence. I had a great time, everything was a short walk away and the bars and restaurants are top notch in the area. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect to walk to restaurants.

You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The home was perfect. Clean with all supplies that we needed. Close enough to go to the beach. We loved it!!

Nice big place, close by everything

other than a few carpet spots and a dying smoke detector battery the place was clean, confortable and relaxing. Its a block from all the shops and good eats. The zebra bar and hukilau are my faves. It has two mini balconies. One with a grill, another with a gas fireplace. No AC, so mind what season you stay. Overall would definitely stay again.
