I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay, the room, bathroom not clean. The lobby/ lounge had a very heavy smell.

Breakfast is a joke! You walk to a near by coffee shop and get a croissant and coffee. The road noise is extremely bad we had a hard time sleeping. There was no toilet paper. Staff was unresponsive to messages. Bag storage is the closet with clean and dirty laundry are. I wouldn’t stay here again!

we weren’t able to check in due to host not responding. we showed up at the building and the door was locked and no one was there. on top of that they refused a refund STAY AWAY

Great spot to stay at, easy walking to Duomo or the Accademia. Loved sitting out on the balcony, watching people go by, while we rested after walking around.

Gute Grösse des Zimmers. Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend - wir hatten zusätzlich Ventilatoren an.Sehr Citynah - alles gut zu erreichen. Bad ohne Fenster ist okay gewesen, jedoch Dusche ist fragwürdig - Duschkopf und Silikonfugen nicht okay- ich wollte darin nicht duschen.Frühstück bestand aus einem Kaffee-ein grosses Croissant und einem Glas Saft. Wem es reicht!

Amazing location. Easy to find. Room was clean. Host was very informative and helpful. Responded quickly. Breakfast was at a little cafe down the street. It was really good. Overall, would recommend staying here.

Fabulous location , authentic Italian vibe , coffee and croissant breakfast at local cafe felt part of the local population . Two flights of steps up to the accommodation . Host very kind kept in touch by phone when plane was late and welcoming and helpful . Cleaner very helpful .

This property is poorly managed and communication is extremely slow. We booked this room specifically for the air conditioning, yet it did not work during our stay. When we brought this to management's attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful, failing to even provide a fan. The room was incredibly uncomfortable, which led to poor sleep and made for a very frustrating experience and caused great friction with my companion. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location. Coffee, croissant and juice in the coffee shop next door included. Room was nice but lacking basic comforts like towel hangers, clothes hangers and soap containers. No blanket (just sheets) on the bed so we had to use bath towels to cover ourselves at night . Host did not respond to our request . No coffee machine or kettle with tea bags. Cleaning stuff coming in every day to clean and add more towels. No choice to opt-out as we didn't care for this service for a short stay. Location made out for it all!

L'emplacement est top, la chambre donnait sur un patio. Salle de bain très exiguë, un reste de savon dans la douche, le pommeau tenait avec un serre flex. La literie est bonne. Par contre , le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. Pas de seche cheveux, pas de télécommandes pour la télévision et la climatisation. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un bar à côté de la chambre ( 1 café et 1 croissant ) . Le prix ne justifie pas les prestations sur place

Alles lief gut. Lage top, etwas laut, da es am Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist aber sehr praktisch, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. In der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants und Mini-Geschäfte.

This started off as a terribly. The place is listed as a hotel but it’s actually and B&B plus the contact phone number is incorrect. The only way we knew that was when the phone line kept going dead and we tried the post it note on the plaque on the building. The AC didn’t work we tried to work and the staff just kept saying it was working the day before and that it must be working. There was no shower door like it was literally broken or missing no mention of that in the listing either. The only bright side was the location.
