「The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area and hope to use this property myself again in the future. 「SleepNeat is a little gem and proper home from home. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just over a mile from Ascot racecourse it was ideal for our stay. We were visiting Royal Ascot for the first time and combined that with a visit the previous evening to Windsor races (an Oasis tribute band were performing after the races which was a welcome bonus). 「Great place to stay. Bath in the room did not make sense at first but after 2hrs of soke I changed my mind. Room was clean, mattress really comfy, breakfast tasty. The only thing I could perhaps complain was a bit low temperature in the room at night but despite that I had a good sleep 」

「I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. 」

「We stayed for 3 weeks and found the location to be ideal for Henley and also close enough to get to Reading. The annex area was roomy with a well stocked cupboard of crockery and cutlery. Great shower in the bathroom and would be very cosy in the winter with plenty of radiators and a log burning stove. The decor is as per the photos and the parking is easy. Really pleasant stay and would recommend to others」
