Good location, walkable to many landmarks. Room is basic but clean. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

There was no kelinex or tissue in oir room. There was also only earl gray tea in our room. English breakfast tea is a common tea to provide in hotels and I could not get it in the room or in lobby.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Oslo Station, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was easy to find a place for dinner. The room was clean, but there were no amenities such as a kettle or coffee provided. Next to the reception there was some bread and other items for sale, but I wasn’t sure how to purchase them since there was no explanation at check-in. In fact, I didn’t receive any information about what facilities were available or whether breakfast was offered, which was a bit confusing. During my stay, there seemed to be major construction going on nearby. The noise was noticeable until around 10 p.m. at night and again from around 6 a.m., but it was tolerable. Overall, the location was excellent and I had no major issues, so I was satisfied with my stay.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful, modern hotel close to Karl Johans gate! We would love to stay again, and would definitely recommend to others!

Didn't live up to expectations, breakfast was moderate, room temperature was centrally controlled (no AC), photos were found to be somewhat misleading. Location was great and reception responsive to every request.
