「I’ve never had a worse hotel experience in my life! From check- in to check- out, the whole stay was awful. First, at check- in we had to pay in full, which made me uneasy right out the gate. We got to our room and there were two portable air conditioners running. Not only were they huge and loud, but one was shooting out hot air instead of cold. Our room ended up being 83° the first night. The next morning we talked to the manager and he went up a large fan and said there were no other rooms....

「We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. 「I have stayed at Marriot Hotels numerous times in the past, that was many years ago so my critique is based on those stays verse this last stay. Upon check in we weren’t informed that room cleaning only happens if 3 nights or longer. My assumption is the policy has been going on for so long that it didn’t dawn on the clerk to say any thing. Also this is the 1st time that a hotel did not offer free coffee, they did serve Starbucks but for a marked up cost. The outlets in room need replacing, I...

「Room was basic but Faya (?), the General Manager, went above and beyond to be helpful and made our stay great.」

「The cabin and property were beautiful. There were so many little touches and thoughtfulness throughout, including a welcome sign with my name and family. Our daughter completed a 1000 piece "mushroom" puzzle, and we all relaxed in the "massage like" hot tub. When we first arrived, the air was on and the place was nice and cool. My wife and I plan to stay again in the fall if it is available. The day of our departure a mother deer and her two babies saw us off. :)」
