"Room 201 the shower wasn't warm so the staff moved me. The room 202 and everything worked out perfect"

Same thing every day and when we asked the staff at the restaurant if there was a possibly for a change they stated no and we were then treated different and also had brunt taste, dishes and coffee cups not enough or chipped, no hot chocolate and only scrambled eggs"
