「Alles Bestens - besonders die Aussicht ist top! 」

「Dejligt, stille værelse. Meget svagt vandtryk i bruseren.

「Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staffs」

「Beautiful hotel! Magnificent in every way! Highly recommend! 💯」

「The lady who greeted me on arrival was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I had come to the right place (feel terrible for forgetting her name or I would have mentioned it), the rest of the staff were just as pleasant, the breakfast selection was good and all the facilities were perfect to come back to after a day up the slopes.」

「I wish I could have left a more positive review. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to force majeure circumstances. While I understand that booking policies exist, I was disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility, no partial refund, no rebooking option, and no alternative solution. A little empathy and goodwill in exceptional situations would have gone a long way. Instead, the response felt entirely transactional, which was disappointing.」
