Loved our stay here. We had a family apartment with two bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. Perfect for my husband and I along with our three grandchildren. Walk to river takes less than 10 minutes and there is a splendid walking and cycling path there. Beautiful town and hotel.

I wish I could have left a more positive review. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to force majeure circumstances. While I understand that booking policies exist, I was disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility, no partial refund, no rebooking option, and no alternative solution. A little empathy and goodwill in exceptional situations would have gone a long way. Instead, the response felt entirely transactional, which was disappointing.
