We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

"Disappointed overall, the Front desk staff were rude, except one member staff that we me on the last day. We only stayed for two nights. On arrival, we had one towel in the room for 3 guests! Requested soft pillows , no one came to the room to replace them that night. There was no fridge in the room ..."
