Excellent family vacation

We are a family of 4 on vacation and we had an excellent stay at the hotel. Beautiful view of the water and a sand beach with easy access.Very good service from all! We will be happy to come back.

Una truffa a 4 stelle

Mancanza totale di aria condizionata, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una sauna in camera (con la ventilazione accesa sull’aria calda!!) abbiamo dovuto cercare di dormire con la porta della camera aperta. Un incubo a 40 gradi. Come soluzione la proprietaria mi ha proposto di dormire sul divano della hall oppure su un lettino all’esterno! La collaboratrice con arroganza ha sostenuto che il prezzo pagato era comunque basso a causa delle commissioni dovute ad Expedia e che ci era stato fatto l’upgrade della camera che in realtà era l’unica rimasta visto

Con questo soggiorno metto in dubbio la mia piena fiducia del vostro sito. Sono i piccoli particolari ed attenzioni che danno valore aggiunto ad una struttura alberghiera e fanno si che una persona ci ritorni! L’esperienza del hotel del golfo non è stata una delle migliori a differenza di altre strutture di pari categoria esempio hotel dei cavalieri, hotel savoy ecc. A mio giudizio la struttura non rientra negli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle. Solo alcuni esempi: scarsa illuminazione nel bagno e camera, colazione in ritardo rispetto all’orario prefissato e supplemento extra per spremute, uova, ecc., parcheggio a pagamento 15 euro a notte e ciliegina sulla torta al momento del check out non accettano la carta American Express!! Ah dimenticavo forse perché la struttura si trova in Liguria?? Saluti

Posto bellissimo! Personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza bella grande , pulita, con balcone sul mare ….. colazione top! Servita sul balcone vista mare. Se passate in quella zona, è obbligatorio fermarsi. Ci tornerò.

Ero già stato ospite di questo Hotel nel 2018 e nonostante le ultime cattive recensioni ho voluto provare e vedere con i miei occhi perché avevo un buon ricordo! Purtroppo ho potuto appurare che nonostante una fittizia ristrutturazione, l’hotel presenta diverse lacune a livello di servizio, per non parlare dell’arredo delle camere che ricorda in parte un ufficio, senza senso! Personale molto gentile ma molto giovane, di conseguenza inesperte e poco professionale, purtroppo in un 4 stelle la gentilezza non basta!!! Non parliamo della colazione poca varietà, poca qualità, frutta tagliata su piatti e moscerini annessi, per non parlare della lista allergeni e relativa descrizione dei prodotti, devi immaginare cosa troverai dentro una torta o dentro un croissant, peraltro pericoloso per chi ha intolleranze gravi. Spero che prima o poi il proprietario leggerà le tante recensioni negative e sceglierà di far gestire la struttura a persone competenti. Mi dispiace fare questa recensione così brutta, perché l’hotel ha un potenziale enorme, camere spaziose fronte mare, a due passi da Finale, la posizione è ottima.

Très bon séjour Emplacement très bien. Vue sur la mer Petit déjeuner mériterai d’être un peu plus étoffé (plus de choix de salé, du vrai jus de fruits, pain de mie…) Les caillebotis dans la douche ne sont vraiment pas agréable Le parking, même si pratique est hors de prix (15€ par jour !)

Pool dreckig und nicht nutzbar. Nur eine Käsesorte und zwei Wurstsorten zur Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet,dann lieblos und nicht schön angerichtet. Eine Bar vorhanden,aber keine Cocktailkarte. Bei der Speisekarte nichts für Kinder dabei. Strand nicht wie auf den Fotos mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet.Im allgemeinen keine 4 Sterne wert.

Bellissimo palazzo affacciato sul mare, vista molto bella, stanze spaziose. Visto il periodo di inattività necessaria un po’ di manutenzione negli ambienti comuni e rodaggio negli automatismi dei servizi ma staff cortese e disponibile.
