"I stayed 2 nights at The Bell Inn, and found it to be quiet and comfortable. Tucked away from the crowds, but within easy reach of all the charming Cotswold villages. The food was also tasty. They do an included continental breakfast of yogurt, granola, fruits, croissants, and jam. But ordering dinner there is worthwhile. Nice place for a pint and a pizza."

"We booked two rooms; however, upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was available. The staff kindly offered to accommodate us in a nearby Airbnb, but we were not comfortable staying away from the hotel. As a result, the four of us shared the one available room. We appreciate that the staff provided a credit to compensate for the inconvenience in place of the meal arrangement, and we are grateful for their assistance."

"The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...

"A lovely bright hotel and our family room was spacious and welcoming. The only criticism is that the mattresses on the sofa chairs are very worn and thin and don’t feel comfortable. We all enjoyed both our dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast. A lovely stay and helpful and friendly staff."

"The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology. Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room...

"Second visit to the Swan with our dogs. The staff are very friendly, helpful and the dog friendly policy made travelling with two big dogs much easier. We ate in the restaurant: swordfish with ratatouille and a lovely freshly baked pizza… all great! A perfect stopping place in a picturesque village in the Cotswolds when we’re on our way home to Sussex."
