フィールドストーン アンド ブルックストーン ホテル

「Clean room. Good breakfast, close to highway exit. Negative side : my room was noisy because elevator operation room was next to my room but couldn’t change. Overall good 」

「Everything felt unclean, barely maintained. The carpets in the main lobby were disgusting, the carpet in our room was coming up, the beds had a bare minimum amount of linens. We asked for extra pillows and a comforter for the pull out couch and got half of what we asked for and some sheets. 😒 All in all it feels like an old building that needs updates and they are overcharging because it looks like it would be nice from the outside. Several things didn’t work- like QR codes for info and staff...

「The staff was excellent. The breakfast was A1!」

「Great customer service.」

「The elevator has been broke for more than two weeks. I have health issues and sometimes have to use devices and couldn’t even get a first floor. I had asked for one as well. The clerk had a bad attitude. I go there a lot and the last couple of visits it was not good」

「Thank」

「WIFI is too weak and unstable.」

「The room was not clean and staff said they was going to clean it but didn’t」

「Clean room, great to have a full fridge. However the water pressure on the top floor was very low」

「非常に綺麗で何度も利用しています。」

「This hotel had a 4 star rating... not 4 star. The bathroom walls needed washed, the toliet seat was well used and should have been replaced. There is zero sound deadening in the walls and you could hear your neighbors. The only good thing it was 5 minutes from University Hospital.」
