"WOW!!!! What a fantastic rental in beautiful Kitzbuhel. Perfect location, full of warm cozy charm, beautiful views and a wonderful host (Theresa) that greeted us upon arrival. Susan and Adriana (Commendable Rentals) were both great to work with, helping arrange transportation and a chef (Vicki) to cook for one night. Some snow boarded while the rest of us enjoyed the Christmas Markets and shopping. We prepared a delicious Christmas dinner by a roaring fire while listening to the church bells...

"A very attractive apartment, with everything you need, we only wish we spoke more German to enable us to have a proper conversation with our very friendly hosts. If you are arriving late Saturday, remember to get your shopping earlier, as everything is shut on Sunday. The property is situated in a great area for walking, but also if you have a car beautiful places all around, we loved lake Thumsee, just down the road. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
