Located in Ficulle, this secluded villa is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family or group of friends. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. A private swimming pool with outside shower is in place for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.

Nature lovers can go and explore the forest at 1000 m from the villa. The nearest restaurant is 8 km away to enjoy a local meal. The town center is 1 km whereas the local grocery stores are just 2 km away.

Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The living room which has a fireplace to keep you comfortable is great to spend time together. Enjoy a glass of wine and a platter of barbecue while sitting in the outdoor furniture by the pool.

The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Een fijn huis, heerlijk koel. Het overdekte terras is heerlijk om te zijn. De heer Codato is buitengewoon behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zwembad lekker groot en fijn dat het niet gelijk naast het huis ligt. Winkels goed bereikbaar. Heerlijke ijsjes bij de plaatselijke bar! De matrassen zijn niet echt top. Masterbedroom is ok, maar de 2 andere slaapkamers (niet het stapelbed) zijn slecht.

Geweldig. Het huis, de eigenaar, de rust, het zwembad en de patio. Alles is top. Weg ernaartoe is Italiaans maar het plekje is het meer dan waard. Hier zouden wij wel 365 dagen per jaar willen zitten.

Bij aankomst zijn we geweldig ontvangen door de Eigenaar Christiano Codato, mevrouw Codato blijft houd zichzelf op de achtergraond maar dat is niet erg. Gedurende de gehele vakantie zijn we prima verzorgd door Christiano, wat een vriendelijke en amabele man. De accomodatie is in een woord geweldig, het huis straalt het leven van de bewoners uit. Het huis is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving wij hadden het niet mooier kunnen bedenken. Supermarkten zijn goed te vinden en goed bereikbaar, zeker de Eurospin is een uitstekende supermarkt en zeer goed bereikbaar. Ficulle zelf is ook een wonderschoon dorp en verraste ons zeer. Kortom wij hebben een formidabele vakantie gehad in dit geweldige huis.

Omgeving prachtig, accommodatie prachtig, maar huis was lastig te vinden. Naast coördinaten ook gewoon routebeschrijving geven. (Geen bereik/internetverbinding onderweg beschikbaar). Huis ligt 10-15 minuten rijden vanaf dorp Ficulle.

alles schick. Jedoch waren wir am Ende unangenehm überrascht über die hohen Stromkosten von 160€ für 2 Wochen,obgleich wir sparsam mit der Hausbeleuchtung umgegangen sind. War wohl der Swimming Pool...?

Heel mooie locatie als je van rust houdt. Alles is voorhanden en de eigenaar is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Woning en zwembad zijn heel zuiver en van alle comfort voorzien. Kon voor ons niet beter. Wel niet ideaal gelegen voor mensen die s'avonds een stapje in de wereld willen zetten. Alles was prima geregeld en de ontvangst was hartelijk.

Mooie villa in een prachtig landgoed, mooi onderhouden tuin met zwembad. Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad. Een echte aanrader!
