Amazing experience at Uras. Room was small but well equipped, and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, unbelievable Turkish food fresh every morning, and more than enough for two people.

We have a room with the sea view, it is quite a small room with small balcony, but a nice ocean view and people having dinner at the ground floor restaurants. It is well located and easy access to the beach. The breakfast provided was very good.

Great location, delicious breakfast. Spectacular sunset view. Mr. Kaan was an amazing person and very kind and helpful. Will come back aamgain definitely.

the property is clean with a nice pool. big restaurant with great option. Front seat Sherrif , Bato were friendly.expect a bit loud due to the restaurant setup in front of the hotel and the beach. noise died down after 10pm. small is room , n bathroom, But a fantastic view of the pool and the beach. good for a night or two on my standard of travelling.

Lovely room, so comfortable bed and linens. Sea view rooms face west so hot in afternoon although ac works well. Late night music on the promenade (until 11 or so), may bother some. Exceptionally clean, huge breakfast. I would stay again! Thank you to the kind and wonderful staff from 66 year old solo American woman.

The breakfast was perfect, but the hotel room was very old and definitely needs some renovations, the humidity in the Bathroom is crazy and there is water dripping from the air conditioner, the rooms should be completely renovated. There is no water kettle and the fridge smells of chemicals so you can’t use it cause the things get the Smell too. However, the rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff really does a great Job. The private sun beds at the beach, the Location, the pool and the restaurant are great. However, the restaurants kitchen is right underneath the rooms which is very noisy till 1-2 after midnight.

the location& the beach & the breakfast is good service is not good , Sae'ed the guy at the reception is rude and not polite at all he is very mean person, Zainab is not professional at all (not helpful) , generally employees are not helpful neither friendly their weak English put us in troubles most of the time except for Zaki, Alperen and Deniz, Zaki at the reception is professional, a good management guy, good English language, solve a lot of problems we had. Alperen and Deniz (who served the breakfast) are very nice. rooms are too small, no electric cattle in the room, no one told us that water and coffee is included till last days, no hot water in the shower (in one or two nights), no late check out policy, hotel needs a lot of renovations, very expensive, it doesn't worth the money paid per night, we booked eight nights arrived very early in the morning , it would be a nice of them to give us an early breakfast or even a welcoming drink. I don't recommend the hotel.

This hotel is bang on a beautiful beach with a walk way that goes all around the beach, with shops and restaurants, a very lively place, the fish restaurant in the hotel was exceptional, fresh fish and delightful continental desserts, breakfast is served and it was great, warm & friendly staff, I would like to stay here again.

The manager- Seref was very unpleasant / I did not receive my baggage after flight from us -I was asking for help and call to Dalaman airport - very upset as the 2 months beginning of trip - he told that this my problem - not a hotel problem . but Sanguel, Batuhan were nice . Web ? The Guy on Sunday Oct 5 - after 4 days of baggage lost - helped very efficient to make on line flame - baggage was delivered in the evening of this very day. Hotel in good location but roms small - beach sunbed was taking off at 6 pm - Restourant zu - fish - very good

While clean with some very friendly staff, the hotel clearly needed some refurbishment, particularly in and around the pool area. They were also responsible for their own beach area and their maintenance of this was sadly poor. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
