Der Empfang war super von Frau Sadike. Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Frühstück war gut aber es wer besser wen man die Sachen kühlen würden. Reinigungspersonal macht nur das Bett und wechselt die Handtücher sonst Nix. Im Restaurant sind die Preise viel zu hoch aber das liegt wahrscheinlich dran das im çalış Beach alle Restaurant brutal teuer sind. Der Strand gehört nicht zum Hotel wird von einer Hunde Tierheim Organisation betrieben für guten Zweck aber leider ist der Strand sehr vermüllt. Alles im Ganzen kann von 5 Sternen würde ich 3,5

Fantastic, warm, comfortable, beautiful staff

I loved my stay here and the receptionist was a very helpful and nice friendly lady. I would highly recommend everyone to come stay and see for yourself. All the staff were helpful. The location was perfect right on the beach. The bed was so comfy. I hotel is like near new standard. Breakfast included was a big bonus. I will definitately stay again. Thankyou.

Super Lage des Hotel, sehr nahe zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und war auch sehr lecker. Da das Hotel direkt in Fethiye liegt hat man in der Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen

Beach is just steps away from the hotel. Parking is available and free. As a downside, our room is very small, I wish it is a little larger and have a place to put our suitcases. Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, and they are offering traditional Turkish breakfast items as well as some fruits.

İlk giriş bizim için biraz vasat tı otelde boş oda kalmadığı için otelin cafesini gören bir oda verildi odada cam bile açamadık resepsiyon daki arkadaş itirazımız sonrası1 gece oda konakladıktan sonra ilk boşalan odayı bize verdiler otelin gün batımı manzarası ve sahili çok güzeldi.

Odaların denizi görüyor olması harika. Gün batımını izlemek için çok iyi bir lokasyon. Odadaki eşyalar yeni ve temizdi memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı kötü değil ancak içerik zenginleştirilebilir.

Konum olarak Çalış plajının hemen önü. Konum olarak güzel. Kahvaltı iyi. Ancak odalar çok çok çok çok küçük. Çift kişilik yatak 1.5 kişilik yataklardan. 2 kişi sığmak çok zor. Oda da yatak harici alan baya baya az. Valiz açılacak yer bile yok neredeyse. Tuvalet banyo kısmı da aşırı küçük ve tertemiz değil. Yeni bir bina değil. Asla tekrar tercih etmem.

Otel konumu itibariyle mükemmel,personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, odalar küçük eğer otelde çok vakit geçireceksiniz problem olabilir bizim için çok sorun olmadı, kahvaltı standart ve yeterli ama hergün aynı şeyler var, otelin temizliğini anlatacak olursak odada gözle görünen ilk bakışta dikkat edeceğiniz yerler temizlenmiş ama detaya girdiğinizde aslında çoğu yerin temizlenmediğini farkedebilirsiniz özellikle de banyo. Bir de plaj malzemelerimizi kurutmak biraz sorun oldu onun için bir yer ayırılmış olmasını isterdim

Même une étoile c'est cher payé !!! - Chambre avec balcon donnant sur un terrain non bâti plein de déchets et eau stagnante... - Pas de room service - chambre sale et Cleaning tous les 2 jours - Literie pas très propres - Climatisation dégage une odeur d'égout - Wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres - Aucun sérieux et aucun sens du service Bref je vous le déconseille !!!!!

No lift, horrible bathroom, old and dirty and small. Sheets aren’t clean and they clean it every 3 days so when I asked they didn’t change it until next day I complained to receptionist. Fridge in our room didn’t work and all night make noise. Room too small we even couldn’t open our bags.not a great experience won’t recommend it at all.

Good location but very poor cleanliness

This is a hotel that looks nice from the outside but unfortunately does not have the same standard inside. The staff were very helpful and the location is great. However, the bed linen was poor, on arrival my daughters bed had stained blood on it. The bedding was like an old tea towel. There was an option of a light duvet in the wardrobe but no covers. The sink was only cleaned once in 10 days, the pool area was tired and dirty, and not cleaned at all in the 10 days we were there and the sunbeds are old and stained. The best thing was the bar staff who couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I don't like leaving a poor review but this hotel could make some small changes which would make all the difference.

Achtung. Reinfall, nahezu Abzocke

Gebucht wurde eine Suite mit Meerblick für ca. 100 EUR pro Nacht. Vor Ort wurde uns ein 3 Bett Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Blick auf Restaurantterrase. Man konnte direkt sehen, was sich auf dem Teller der Gäste befand. Auf anderer Seite konnte man die Aussenanlage sehen, die einer Mülldeponie ähnelte. Im Bad abgerissene Halterungen für Duschkopf und Klopapier. Defekte Spiegellampe. Sauberkeit mangelhaft ! Eingetrockene Seifenreste auf der Duschablage und unsaubere Kloschlüssel ! Frühstück miserabel, ohne jeglichen Wursaufschnitt, selbst für Vegetarianer sehr bescheiden. Kein Wasser, kein Saft, nur wässrig schmeckender Kaffe. Das Hotel zeichnet sich selbst mit 3,5 Sternen aus, vergeben werden können nur 1 höchstens 1,5 Sterne.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel qui semblait être parfait. Nous avons été très déçu des prestations et de l’hôtel dans sa globalité. Il y avait un manque flagrant de propreté et nous avons eu des odeurs nauséabondes tous les jours. Sans doute à cause des égouts. Très désagréable!!! Les supports à papier toilette et des serviettes étaient mal fixés et à la moindre manipulation, les supports tombaient. Impossible de stabiliser la température de la douche. La température passait de froid à chaud en quelques secondes. L’hôtel est assez bruyant et nous étions juste au dessus de l’enceinte musicale de la piscine. La musique se terminait à minuit et impossible de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, et il est préférable de manger en dehors de l’hôtel pour avoir une véritable petit déjeuner. C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai croisé dans ma vie !!! À déconseiller.

There were good things and bad. Good were the friendly staff. Bad was the service which was bit hit and miss. We arrived after midnight and were shown to the wrong room, which was tiny. The thought of staying in it for two weeks was depressing. Rather than settle in we decided to go out (at 1:00 am). Thankfully when we returned the mistake has been rectified ..... but it was a worrying start. We’d recommend, if you can stretch to it, to book the superior as the standard room is really small. The cost was really reasonable so we were able to stretch to the additional. But there were some problems with the room. We reported a broken shower and a flickering light, but nothing happened so we just did a bodge repair on the shower and kept the light off. The room wasn’t very clean, there was a used ashtray on the balcony table the floor was dirty and there were hairs in the bathroom. The cleaning schedule was inconsistent, but we found where supplies were kept and bought a couple of cleaning cloths and got on with it ourselves. Our balcony overlooked the stage area where a guitarist played the same set, every night for the first ten days … this would have been OK but his act started at 6:00 pm ..... just at the time we’d have liked to have a little nap before going out. Oh well! On the plus side, when I asked for an extra blanket it arrived at my room within 5 minutes. The guy that ran the bar and looked after the breakfasts was really helpful and attentive.
