「First let me give a shout out to Jerome, the hotel ambassador at The Candler. He was amazing and made our mother-daughter mothers day weekend so wonderful. From his amazing energy to checking in throughout our stay. He was so kind to upgrade us to an amazing suite which made our celebration that much more special. 「Beautiful old store! Very comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Welcome Champagne at the front desk when we arrive. I would stay there again for sure when coming down to Atlanta.」

「The parking was not as advertised so there was an additional cost. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well. Their alarms, them walking around and even when they opened or closed the blinds. The security was rude, the head of the cleaning staff was banging on my door as though i need a reminder that i was checking out 30 min to checkout. VERY RUDE! That black lady that works at The front desk...

「Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up.」
