「Room basic but very clean, beds really comfy, you get free parking and it's approx 10 min walk along the high street to the beach.
Water in bathroom is on some type of water flow restrictor so don't expect a power shower however, the water was hot and bathroom very clean.
Person who checked us in wasn't the most welcoming however, the person on reception the next morning was helpful.
No Air Con in our room (205) however, there was a fan in the room and you can open the windows.

「Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine.
Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you 」

「The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. We couldn't see the point of the massive television, that was too close to watch anyway.
The parking area was roomy and secure.
