Country House 'Can Ramon' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The restored finca is situated in a beautiful hilly location between Cas Concos and Alqueria Blanca, with the sea visible on the horizon. An idyllic garden with many seating areas invites you to linger.



First floor:

On the first floor of the finca are the living/dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bathtub.



Second floor:

There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor: a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm and 100 cm x 200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a further bathroom with shower.

The house has a living space of 300 square meters.



Outdoor area:

The beautiful finca plot has 17,000 sqm (completely fenced), the sea can be seen in the distance. The many terraces offer many cozy seating areas. For sporty guests, four mountain bikes are available free of charge and there is a table tennis table. Pool and beach towels are available.



Pool: 5 m x 10 m, depth: 80 cm - 170 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).
