「Die Villa ist etwas altmodisch aber sehr authentisch und hat Charme. Alles nötige war da. Wir waren da zu dritt und hatten viel Platz. Der Außenbereich ist schön und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Villa liegt abgelegen, man brauch unbedingt ein zuverlässiges Auto. Der Pool ist leider zu tief, man kann da nicht stehen. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Ruhe und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen. Unserem 13 Jährigen Sohn war es etwas langweilig. Für Paare oder...

「The property was fantastic, close to everything but still private. The home is spectacular, spacious, very clean, the pool was amazing. The owner was very easy to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future 」

「We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the villa. Hosts were very friendly and great communication. Each bedroom was lovely, nothing felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped. The external areas are fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice. Lovely beach, Cala Serena nearby. Cala Ferrera/ Cala D’or resorts are about 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets fine for quick top up shop, but need to head to the marina (35minute walk) to buy anything like meat for BBQing. 」

「We loved it here! The pool and outside area are fantastic. We lived outside and didn’t even use the upstairs area. The location is great with lots of restaurants close by and a shop/bakery. You can walk to the beach and the marina easily and there’s lots of places close by to drive to. We loved the market at Santanyí and the caves at Porto Cristo. 「Location and communication were superb. The house is directly by the sea, with a beach just a few minutes away. The agency was very helpful and friendly. However, the house is quite dated and has a musty smell. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and eventually stopped working altogether.」

「Alles wunderbar, wir konnten schon morgens um 10:00 im Apartment/Haus einchecken. Die Lage ist für die jenigen die die Ruhe suchen optimal ohne dabei im irgendwo im nirgendwo sein zu müssen. Zum Strand mit 2 Lokalen etwa 50m . Morgens zum Brot oder Brötchen holen 1,6km Fussmarsch. Im Haus gibt's alles was man braucht, wer was zum bemängeln sucht der wird was finden, wie überall halt. Preis-Leistung einfach passend. Schöner Pool, gute Parkmöglichketen, Auto empfehlenswert. Was soll man sagen...

「We holidayed in the villa for 10days in August. The villa is perfect for a large family as its spread over two floors with the majority of rooms being ensuite. Its in a great location with shops/restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Some of the appliances are a little dated and the pool area was a little run down but overall we had the best holiday. The host was excellent and when we had an issue with the air con, tv and microwave she sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend.」
