この施設について

Beautiful villa with pool and garden,a/c, quiet location, beach 200 mt

  • Puchet is a beautiful two-bedroom holiday home in Ibizan style with a magnificent private pool and a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. Puchet is located in a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the small sandy cove of Cala Serena, north of Cala D'Or.

The spacious villa is built on two floors. The ground floor features a large open-plan living and dining room with a conservatory, the kitchen, and a guest toilet. TV with German channels only. Upstairs are the two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited and fixed usage times:

    2 PM - 4 PM / 9 PM - 8 AM

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the nightly rate.

The outdoor area is spacious and very well-maintained. The beautiful 12 x 7 meter pool is surrounded by palm trees and lawns. There is an outdoor shower. At the back of the house, there is a shaded pavilion with another dining table and a Weber kettle grill for your cozy barbecue evenings.

Ein Zuhause auf Mallorca

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause. Hätten es noch sehr viel länger ausgehalten.
