"Pros: Der saubere Pool. Die Außenanlagen. Frische Feigen/ Limetten im Garten sehr ländlich und ruhig. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass uns vorher mitgeteilt wird wie das mit dem Müll gehandhabt wird. Ansonsten ist wirklich nichts zu beanstanden süßes kleines Häuschen mit sehr gepflegter Außenanlage"

"The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."

"Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. We really enjoyed the pool and the decks. The kitchen has high end appliances so we cooked a few meals and we enjoyed the big tables for game playing and dinners. It is close to restaurants as well."

"Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!"

"Rosa was an absolutely wonderful host - we appreciated her communication, thoughtfulness, and welcoming attitude. The area was beautiful - very peaceful! The apartment was spacious and clean - we loved the outdoor patio. It was very easy to find parking."

"Tolle Finca mit viel Platz und sehr großem Pool. Lage ist super auf der Insel. Leider keine Klimatisierung der Schlafräume daher Nachts sehr unangenehm beim schlafen. Toilettenspülung und Kühlschrank sollten repariert werden. In der Küche waren mehrere Ameisenbahnen. Ansonsten super !"
