We had some dissatisfaction with this property. Listed below 1. Ad misleading. Says property includes AC with *footnote at very bottom of ad that AC is optional for an additional 10EUR per day prepaid. We arrived in the evening after a major heatwave. it was unlivable (over 32C) inside. We contacted Homerti (a third party you can only reach by text) and they responded they would send us a payment link the next day and that we could not have AC that night. If we had noticed the abbreviated footnote in the ad I don’t know how we could have prepaid anyway since there is no option to do so and we paid VRBO in full and in advance for the stay. We texted back we would need to get a hotel room and needed a refund for the first night and the ultimately sent us a link and turned on the ac at around 930 pm but it was very stressful2 Limited supplies. 1 partial roll of toilet paper with about 20 sheets. No spices, not even salt and pepper. No spatula. No beach towels. Many other typical essentials missing3. AC in bedrooms only. None in den or kitchen which never comfortable during 12 day stay4. Little or no natural light. Stuffy with little windows covered with shutters5. TV had no English stations and would not work with mirroring6. Trash pickup was unreliable. Instructions provided were in Catalan, were outdated & inaccurate. Ultimately we had to drive several miles to a dumpster to avoid 90EU penalty for not removing it5. Hometi is condescending and rude
