「A beautiful villa with a stunning pool area. The clear highlight of the place is the beautiful pool. Plants and flowers surround it, and you can enjoy views of Tuscany’s picture-perfect valley.
The villa itself is cozy and full of charm. Everything was spotless, and the garden has several tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy, for example, a glass of wine.
The service was excellent! You were even given a phone number where you could send a request to have small bites and drinks brought...
「We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 」

Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking.
Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use).
Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.」

Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything.
