Be aware it’s on the 2nd floor with extremely high ceilings so there are 60 steps up from the street to the condo door. Good exercise but maybe difficult for elderly, strollers, etc. One weird thing is the living room couch had some big drink stains on it. Expensive couch to replace for sure but a big...
