"Frankly, the photo and the actual condition of the place are poles apart. The bed and pillows are poor with a strange stench. It was a crowded place with people loiterring around late into the night. Some guests were chatting on the phone late into the night. The reception, pantry, capsule corridor etc were all cluttered. "Nice hotel in a great location. We love the Orchard Road area. The breakfast is very nice. We did not eat dinner there so can't comment on that. The standard rooms are smallish but well laid out. They were fine for our purpose as we did not spend much time in our room other than sleeping. I would certainly stay there again and would send my friends there."
