Easily findable, with easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. Lots of parking. Clean and thoughtfully stocked. It’s an older house, and quirky, but if you don’t mind that it’s a good place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend for people who have trouble with steeper stairs.
Great house, lots of room to move about. Bonus with lots of plug ins with various usb/usc outlets. Appreciate the owners quick response to fixing the heat.
House was nice and close to things we wanted to go to. Well stocked kitchen and baths- clean and cozy place with nice tv.
Front door little hard to lock/unlock, bath in lower level shower needs some attention as not hot and bathroom door needs fixing so will shut.
It would be nice to add some Fargo tourist information and instructions for TV
It was a very quick stay. We arrived late and checked out very early. We didn't utilized the kitchen area at all, but from what I can tell it is very well stocked. Everything was neat, clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and there was a lot of extra bedding, if we were cold at night. Eli was very forth coming with information about road construction and alternate parking. He was very helpful in sorting our confusion as to where to park. He answered our questions very quickly. Overall it was a nice stay, just wished our time there was a little longer. We were there less than 12 hours.
The house was as advertised. We stayed for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. There were a few window AC units. The downstairs bedroom does not have AC, and got very hot at night when we needed to close the door.
The coffee bar has a keurig coffee maker, and the kitchen was mostly stocked. There were a few missing items/amenities that I wish I had asked about beforehand, such as a kettle for tea, mixing bowl(s) for salad/batter/popcorn, a whisk. All other kitchen utensils we needed were there. When we arrived we couldn't find enough towels for all the guests, but the host was quick to respond, and tell us where to find extra. Over all was a nice place to stay for the weekend.
We stayed the weekend with a group of friends (3 couples total). The house was clean and comfortable, it was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, the bathrooms were even stocked with toiletries for those of us that forgot some items. Will definitely return when we plan another stay in Fargo.
Was perfect for what we needed - close to Fargo Dome, Airport, restaurants, etc. as we were at a wrestling event most of the days. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was needed during the hot nights. Only thing need to fix was front door (need to pull to lock/unlock), and first level bathroom door as it gets stuck when trying to close, but not a big deal.

We had trouble getting the code to work once we figured out what it was. It does not look like we were the first one to have problems as the door had been repaired before our stay. The beds were good and it was clean. There is no questions of the outside of the house and that is not by accident. I think the place is a work in progress. I wish you the best. Hank
Nice house and fit our needs well. Older home that has been renovated on the inside. Outside is still dated (hence the "Ugly Duckling"). Owner was responsive to messages. Only downside was that the street in front of the house was closed due to construction, so we did not have access to the driveway for parking.
