The parking area requires key card access during nighttime hours with a roving security guard yet multiple vehicles, including mine, were broken into with visible broken glass on the ground, yet this went unnoticed, or at the least unreported, by security and staff. "First and foremost, the staff was excellent, nice friendly, welcoming staff. The location was amazing! Right in the heart of all the shopping and great restaurants they even gave you access to the Life Time gym right next-door. The downside was the property itself. For the location I expected the property to be a lot more maintained than it was. My room was absolutely terrible. The toilet was nasty and the shower was very nasty and moldy. My kids and I actually showered with our flip-flops on...
