「I sent an email because I left something in the room, but there has been no reply. Also, the front desk cannot speak any English at all. It is quite difficult for foreigners.」

「Wonderful environment and services. Love it. Best experience ever.」

「I understand that it's only a 2 star hotel, but even so, even a 2 star hotel should have a real toilet, not a squat toilet. Unacceptable, I checked out early after the first night. It was also very loud because the staff basically shout their conversations to each other in the corridor.」
