「Excellent location, friendly staff and a wonderful room.」

「This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!」

「At first I was surprised because I didn't know where the bed was, but the kids were happy when they found the bed hidden away! The original goods were so cute that I got them!」

「Room was very clean. Sheets were soft. Bathroom & shower are very small. Staff was very friendly. Hotel right across the street from the beach! Convenient parking. Restaurant on site for lunch & dinner. I would stay there again.」

「Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.」

「This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!」

「The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

「This was my second stay! I love the great location, private beach and friendly hotel staff! There are excellent restaurants and FREE public transportation STEPS away. A cruise ships was docked a few feet away from their beach. While lying on their private beach, I discovered a Horseshoe crab in the sand, which I've never seen before. I did have an issue with the AC in my unit this trip. We didnt have it on automatic, nor a timer. However, it kept shutting off itself, and the room had gotten hot...

「Room very clean but in need of repair. Would have liked more coffee mugs and a bigger keurig pot. We had a suite with an adjoining room and a tiny single pot in suite was insufficient. It was not a keurig so did not take Keurig pots left in room. The room was very quiet and comfortable and with a few amenities, we would return.」

「Run down motel disguised as a hotel. Bait and switch. Room smelled like mold and mildew. Sand on bed. We fled never stayed beware」
