"The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Areas were clean. The walls are VERY thin—- you can hear what’s going on in the other room. Free parking and free breakfast were the biggest draws. "

"Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. We continue to stay here due to the location as you can walk right into town and it’s just off the bike path. Hopefully they’ll put some more attention into the property."

The unit was ok, but unfortunately poor heating and insulation so we were freezing at night despite wearing double layers to bed and thermostat didn't work. Thin comforters. If you aren't staying there in winter then this should not be a problem!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Cottage in Falmouth. The house was clean, well-stocked (we wanted for nothing), and was in a great location. It was an easy walk into town and to the beach. We will certainly book again the next time we're down on the Cape! Thank you!"
