Very small rooms. Limited staff support. Front desk is poorly handled. Customer service is not a concern. Had to wait a few times before getting some attention for quick answers. We stayed here once before and found the same poor service. But felt perhaps it was just an off day. My advise… pay a little more and go to a hotel that will treat you as customer.

The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!
