We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. "エディンバラ観光の拠点として最高のホテルでした。 Waverley駅から近く、旧市街・新市街のどちらへもアクセスしやすい立地です。すぐ近くにはSt James Quarterもあり、ショッピングや食事にも便利でした。ハネムーンで利用しましたが、広々としたツインルームは快適で、アメニティも充実していました。シャワーとバスタブが分かれているのも使いやすかったです。朝食は種類が豊富で、温かい料理からパン、フルーツまでどれも美味しく、大満足でした。ロビーにはゆったり過ごせるソファがあり、無料の紅茶をいただきながらくつろげたのも嬉しいポイントです。立地・設備・サービスのバランスが非常に良く、エディンバラを訪れる際にはぜひまた利用したいホテルです。"

"The staff were incredibly flexible, polite, and professional. Their service was excellent, and they did everything they could to help us. The only disappointing issue was that there were around 10–15 small moths in our room. At night, they flew around the room, which was very unpleasant and made it difficult to relax. It was especially disappointing because the staff were so wonderful. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it took away from what would otherwise have been a great stay."

"エディンバラ城に近く、市内散策にも便利でした。部屋は余裕があって、清潔で満足でしたが、冷蔵庫がなかったのが少し残念でした。プールがあるというので水着を持参して泳ぎました。朝食もゆったりたっぷり楽しめました。"
