"All staff were amazing from our check in to bar service to dinner service. I had a massage which I would highly rate. Otavio and Bruno really stood out for us and went the extra mile. "This hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were generous but not large - absolutely sufficient for two people for a couple of days. We were happy that the pool was open, but woud have beenhappier ifit had been heated even a little bit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and quite extensive, with enough options for picky eaters. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our honey moon and it couldn’t be better the suite was gorgeous with a balcony and the most stunning views. The staff speak English and Portuguese and were friendly and helpful and more than you could ask for, and the food was delicious, best selection of local produce you could ask for. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. "

Fajão, one of the ten parishes of the municipality of Pampilhosa da Serra, is situated in a kind of shell surrounded by mountains, on the left the cliffs of Penalva and the Cabeço da Mata, to the right the Serra da Rocha, to the rear the Serra da Amarela and opposite the Onion Picoto.

Its situation on the edge of a road that connects Beira Baixa with the other Beiras, made it a mandatory center of passage for the almocreves and other visitors who had to pass there.
