"Before the trip we were informed that the hot tub stopped working but were offered no discount. We drove to Utah from Washington State so we were a long ways from home. When we finally got to the cabin, there was no guest book with instructions on how things worked, etc.. There was no WIFI and we had no cell service. We couldn't find the router so we had to drive 20 minutes into town so we could message the host about the WIFI. She told us that the WIFI was spotty and the router was behind a bed on the second floor. The next day I messaged the host that the three rooms downstairs were extremely cold and we couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace down there. They said it was cold because it was a basement and they didn't know how the heater worked. Keep in mind the basement is supposed to sleep at least 9 people. We paid 1800 for 9 people to stay 3 nights so heat shouldn't have been an issue. Also, the kitchen is EXTREMELY small. There is no way someone could cook for 25 guests (what it is rated to sleep). The living room did not have enough seating for 9 people let alone 25. The interior is all black and white which is weird also. They made it sound like the clubhouse would be great, but it wasn't. There were no nets on the hoops, and some of the Foosball characters had no legs."
