「This place is in a great location and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the closeness to everything that is Chattanooga. The only reason we put it at four stars was the smell of smoke that permeated the upstairs from the floor below. The smell was especially strong in the main bathroom for some reason, but moved throughout the rest of the floor. Loved the place other than that issue. 」

「I am so pleased with my stay! Everything was so nice and fresh and clean. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable. I appreciate that they were respectful of my privacy but readily available if I needed anything. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again. 「House and location as described, large. Yard showed that other dog owner renters did not clean up properly. Rental management co fellow is available for questions, but asked us to tell him in case we decided to leave early due to weather (which we ended up doing), just so he could get it cleaned immediately. Since no partial refund was offered, I found it annoying to be asked to report in.」
