Property was nice and the staff was very nice. Mary the housekeeper was very helpful and nice. The sofa bed was very, very dirty. No sheets or pillowcases and there was food and trash in the mattress. I cleaned it up and went downstairs to get sheets and pillowcase.

Great place for a few days stay. Local grocery store, gas station, liquor store, and some nice restaurants are all within walking distance. Amenities were nice, had no issues. Was able to comfortably sleep 3 people.

This was a great stay! It's JUST like staying at an apartment. It's nice to have a bedroom separate from the kitchen and living area. Everything was immaculate and as it looks in the photo. If I travel to areas that have stayAPT I will definitely have them as my first choice.

The property was easy to get to and clean without any negative environment around it. I was able to get my card key from the lockbox without any issue and upon getting to my room, it was very clean and tidy, bed comfortable and shower well stocked and clean. I loved the size of the unit that we stayed in, especially with kids. So much more roomy than a normal hotel room. Also, really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was nice to sit by the fire pit and relax while the kids played. Only thing I was not a fan of was the beds. Our beds were a bit broken down. Overall, though it was a great stay!

This property was in great shape. Very roomy. My only suggestion would be to add a few mixing bowls to the kitchen, if possible. But excellent stay. Rates are wonderful and I will stay there again when visiting my family. Thank you very much.

Great If You Have Pets and/or Need Long-Term Stay

My stay here was great. They have large carts that help with bringing in belongings, and a Food Lion grocery store right across the parking lot to shop at. The kitchen could use some updated kitchen utensils and pots/pans but it was adequate to cook a few meals. My sofa was very uncomfortable because the cushions angled down a lot, but there was an armchair that was usable. The bed was a little softer than average and comfortable. I had internet issues (only in my room), and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. Seems like a place with some long-term tenants and some short-term. No noise complaints from tenants or roads. I did occasionally hear a train horn, but it wasn't super close. This property is pet-friendly.

I had a room upstairs, there are no elevators, had to lug heavy suitcase up/down stairs. Front desk staff are very nice. Bed was comfortable. Towels were not so nice and not very absorbent. Overall, it was clean and is in a great location near gas stations, Walmart, Starbucks, fast food and highway. I would stay here again.

Great home-like stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and inviting. They are very friendly and even got our room ready early for us so we could rest after our 9 hour trip! The only complaint, which isnt really a complaint on the property, is that certain guests with their pets are super irresponsible and not respectful of others. There was a ton of people not picking up their pets poop and not leashing their dogs. We had our ESA dogs with us as well and otherwise, it is very dog friendly.

I love the idea of having a full kitchen, so this place was perfect. It had a court yard with a grill and sitting area. The sofa and living area was separated by bathroom n kitchen so it was semi- private. After hours checking was super simple. Only 2 floors ..so no elevator( if there was a down fall, this would be) suggest requesting 1 st floor if you can't do steps. I have already made reservations to stay there again in January. Great price, good location and great facility.

Perfect for our weekend needs

This was our first stay at this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed to make our visit pleasant. The staff alerted me on check-in day when the office would close and was willing to set up a lockbox with our keys if necessary. The suite was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. We did occasionally hear a siren-like blip sound which we couldn't quite figure out, but it wasn't so loud that it interfered with our stay. We appreciated that quiet hours are recognized and seemed to be respected by the other guests. Our only inconveniences were having three towels when there were four of us on the reservation (and the offices were closed once we arrived, so we could not request more) and a lack of hot water early on our check-out morning. We were visiting our son and his family who live nearby but don't have room for four extra people at their house. The location of the hotel is perfect--close to them as well as lots of food/shopping nearby and easy-access to I-75. We will definitely stay here again.

The room its self was nice and large and the sitting area was divided from the bedroom. Loved this! The bathroom was large, but as a lot of other reviews stated the soap dispensers were not filled & it was hard to get replacement towels. I don’t like having to use the same towel for more than a couple days, gorse. There were no kitchen utensils/pots as pictures led to believe & there was nothing stated as to whether these items could be checked out at the front desk & since the front desk had limited hrs this was pointless for me anyway. There were bugs in my sinks every morning. This is probably what bothered me the most. I don’t like seeing bugs in my sink. Especially when there is no food or dirty dishes in the sink. I will NEVER stay at this chain again or recommend it due to this.

The positive: Nice set up. Nice kitchen. We liked how quiet it was. All the doors face inside and open into a nice courtyard with a BBQ set up. The negative: There isn’t anyone in the office at night. If you arrive late they will text you with a lockbox code and if you have any problems you text that number. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The dispensers of shampoo and body wash were completely empty. There was no soap to wash your hands. The mattresses were both very uncomfortable and lumpy. The blankets on my bed smelled like urine. So did the floor around my bed. It could be because they allow pets. I didn’t take a pet and we stayed on the top floor but it looked like all the pets were on the bottom floor. I wouldn’t stay again.
