「The property had easy access and presented well. Overall a positive stay. Ate breakfast out.」

「When I walked into the front desk it smelled terribly. I went to check-in, wasn't a problem. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement. The pool had been broken for several months. As well as the hot tub as far...

「Outstanding service」

「The front desk staff was VERY RUDE!」

「The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235」

「長距離旅の中継点で宿泊したのですが、部屋も綺麗でスタッフの方の対応もよく大変満足でした。」

「I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn next time」

「This is a nice clean, comfortable hotel In a convenient location. The free breakfast Was tasty with a unique lounge area. It was very reasonably priced. Not a large room but it had everything We needed including a shower.」

「Unfortunately, an unwanted person had climbed the fence to use the swimming facility. She was on her phone acting like she had lost her mind screaming foul language for over an hour. Come to find out she then changed her clothes right there on the pool deck all of this, of course, was seen from above window and then she hopped the fence and walked away, cursing at her phone. Really not the staff’s fault.」
