"The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. The room was quite warm and I was told not to touch the thermostat or it could go off completely. "Perfect location facing Lake Como. Clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and professional. Very small elevators 😀..so used the stairs. Breakfast each day was included which was ok as the selection was the same for the 5 days we were there. Still recommended. Great location."
