「We had a phenomenal stay and regretted only staying for one night! The property was beautiful and Carolina was absolutely wonderful to us. Her kindness and helpful recommendations were so appreciated! I hope to return again in the (hopefully not too distant) future.」

「We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building.」

「Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura per una notte. Il soggiorno alla fine è stato buono. La camera e il bagno erano grandi e comodi. Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. 」

「オーナーのお宅の１階が宿泊施設になっています。部屋は広く、ダイニングテーブル、小さなキッチンそして食器が揃っています。私たちは2人で宿泊しましたが、4人でも十分な広さです。部屋の入口は道に面しており、オーナーから鍵を渡されると、自分の家のような気軽さで出入りできます。お部屋には12時に通してくれました。その日の午後はOrvietoを散策の予定でしたので、昼食や休憩に立ち寄ることが出来て、便利でした。翌日の早朝のバスに乗る予定でしたので、部屋に用意してあったバンを食べ、鍵をテーブルの上に残し、部屋を出るだけのチェックアウトでした。チェックイン以外でオーナーにお会いすることは有りませんでした。真冬だったため、エアコンの暖房だけでは少し寒かったのが残念なところ。暖かい季節ならパーフェクト。」
