"Communication started out before our stay and it went really well. They had quick responses but never addressed ths question I had until the end. Upon arriving at the hotel they were confused and not fully informed about my conversation with someone. They ended up changing me to a room I did not pay for or request. I reserved a 2 bed room with smoking and pets allowed. They put me in a 1 bed handicapped room with no dogs allowed. I had 3 people in my party and 1 had to sleep on the floor. Upset & Angry to say the least. They didnt offer a rollaway bed either. "

"The room was grimy, especially the floors. There was so much dust and grim along the edges of the bathroom floor and something some dark stain right in front of the sink in the floor like something spilled and was never cleaned up. There was a dust/hair "bunny" behind the bathroom door. "

"The hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were staying there to go to the NASCAR race. The racetrack was a short Uber ride away. "

"Have my room away me and my 3 kids had to squeeze onto a 1 bed cuz that’s all they had even though I paid and reserved it prior "

"The house is huge and well stocked. Some areas are dusty like baseboards and blinds but the areas that mattered: kitchen, bath, and living areas were fine. The only negative was that the clean towels were all damp so we had to run them through the dryer again, but overall an excellent property. It was easy to drive to, quiet and comfortable. I would book this property again if I have the same travel needs. "
