Clean updated rooms. Fabulous bed and hot shower. Staff very attentive. Elizabeth in particular. Location super cute. Tucked away but within 10 minute walk of locals. Woke to birds chirping and singing in courtyard. Live like a local. Local grocery 3 min walk. Starbucks just as close. Even a Burger King. Can walk to Bond street in under an hour. Fabulous. Can’t beat the price for what you get.

The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.

Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and a great end to our busy day. We will definitely be back.
