My Home Connexion exclusively offers this charming, renovated 120 m² villa, located in the heart of the village of Eygalières!
On the ground floor, you'll discover a bright double living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms await you, along with a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a 10 x 5 m swimming pool, heated in the off-season, secured by a roller shutter and surrounded by a magnificent wooded garden.
Ideally located close to shops and restaurants, this villa is a true haven of peace in the heart of Provençal life.
The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool heating is available for an additional €150 per week.
Sheets included, cleaning €250 - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the trash is not taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable condition compared to the inventory at the time of entry, and if linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included (€5.76 x number of nights x number of adults). Tourist tax included. Security deposit: €2,500 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
