"The condo was nice and clean had most things i needed and what i didn't have i could take a quick walk to the mall and get. A but noisy early in the morning but thats to be expected with all the construction happening close by. Overall im very satisfied and would definitely stay here again."

"Was a great place to stay for my week-and-a-half visit to the Philippines. Originally looked at staying at a hotel, but turned out to be cheaper and offered more of a home environment for me. and my guest. Property owner was great to work with, and even was able to make arrangements to get my key even though my flight was due in late. Condo had a great view from the bedroom window and if you looked out from the window of the living room area of the condo, you could see the bay."

"1) guards and receptionist friendly. 2) stay in 11-08..offer good views of sea even. 3) mostly all equipment working conditions..air on powerful but noisy. Hard to sleep.bed not so comfy due to thin mattress 4)2 lift to go up to each floor.which is quite fast. 5) will stay again if chance arises solace near malls.strert food..night roxas market.. nightlife.good resto."

"to begin with, i booked the unit just because it says "with balcony" & asked me if smoking or non smoking. i choose smoking, & its nice to know that they have a balcony. but to my surprise, there wasn't. only a small space for the ac & you have to go all the way down to smoke. place is clean, host is accomodating & easy to communicate with."

"The apartment was located in a very good location close to ecoland SM mall. We were greeted quickly and shown the apartment. The apartment lacked hangars, an iron, the toilet would not flush and it was slightly dirty. We cleaned, fixed the toilet and made do."

"It’s just okay. Some communication issues between the front desk and owner. Nothing to do with me. Bring your own toilet paper. Where ever you go. If it’s your thing. "

"This property is nothing as advertised, studio apartment was disgusting, broken and stained sofa, bathroom had a moldy smell and dirty shower was even worse, AC had duct tape and water stain on wall from leaking AC. I was out first thing in the morning.save your money and don’t rent"

"Non ho soggiornato nella struttura xkè appena sono arrivato il personale delle pulizie hanno rubato il telefono della mia compagna ho dovuto chiamare la polizia e quasi quasi ero io quello che aveva torto sono disgustato da come sono stato trattato in generale sia dal personale della struttura che dalle forze dell’ordine. "I get to room and there are food crumbs on couch. Water all over floor in bathroom,slipped and ran into cloths machine. Dishes not put away in kitchen. Empty wine bottles n box in cabinet. Tv wouldn't work, had to buy battery's for remote. Trying to getting a hold of owner responded a day later.big hole in 1 bedroom by AC that a rat or cat could get in and heat coming in all the time.just sheets,nothing more on bed. Old metal bed made noises anytime you would move at night. No fan to circulate...

"The manager really went above and beyond to make sure the condo was guest ready. Ice cubes plates, silver ware dish liquid cooking oil ready.. more accomadting than my resort in some ways.. imo"
