「You basically get what you pay for. Pros: host was very informative and communication was fast. Apartment was in a Very convenient location. Directly across the street from the mall. So there was easy access to food and entertainment. Location was less than 13 mins from airport. Security was tight and very efficient. I felt very safe. Host left welcome gifts for me on the bed. It was very thoughtful. Cons: The bathroom had what looked like mildew/mold present. No face towels available to...

「個人アパート ・フロン　ありません。 ・ホテル連絡先　ありません。繋がらない。 ・部屋狭い ・カビと動物の臭いがする。 ・テッシュありません。 ・トイレットペーパー補充ありません。 ・部屋掃除ありません。 ・タオルの交換ありません。 ・虫が多く汚い。 ・細かい蟻が多くいます。体を這いずります。 ・水回り　トイレ、シャワー室はカビだらけです。 ・汚い雑誌、スマホケース、etc これがホテルと紹介してるサイト　一度　部屋に行け。 」

「Everything is perfect but I wish the cleaning service will be on time 」

「Our overall stay in Davao was superb, we were near SM Mall just few steps from our accomodation. Host Wena was nice and accomodating to our needs. Downside of our accomodation being called as “Modern” the A/C or aircon needs upgrading to split type, it was not cold at all. Some furnitures need upgrading too like the table in the bathroom was dilapidated already. 」

「The condo unit is good; clean room. The unit however needs hand towel and floor mat in the shower room. The host is easy to communicate with; she responds quickly. Great location with plenty of food houses and restaurants. Laundry services available outside the lobby.」
