「This property is nothing as advertised, studio apartment was disgusting, broken and stained sofa, bathroom had a moldy smell and dirty shower was even worse, AC had duct tape and water stain on wall from leaking AC. I was out first thing in the morning.save your money and don’t rent」

「The standards of teh condo units are far below average from my stay a year ago. Communication is very limited with the staff. The Security Guards are down right RUDE. The cleaning fees are just pocket money. There was long black hair all over this room. Plain NASTY. There is no housekeeping even though they charge for it. I had roaches running all over when we walked in. I refused to enter the room until they called out someone to fumigate Well they brought a can of spray and two or three...

「ここはAvida towerです。２日利用。月曜日以外プールが使えてまだ新しいので快適だった。 部屋は広くはないが、キッチン付で料理も可能。初日のセキュリティーだけシビアで、予めwhatsappで管理者に身分証明書を提示する必要あり。ただ逆に住むとなればコンドミニアムこのくらいシビアな方が安心できる。一度顔をおぼえたら、セキュリティーも皆親切だった。」
