It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet"

"We arrived late in the evening due to the inclement weather. There was someone at the front desk who checked us in and had us on our way up to our room in five minutes. The room was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-stocked. "

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Super disappointed the main bathroom shower was not working properly. House seemed cold unsure if that was user error. Wasn't sure which of the 3 thermostats worked the heated tried them all. Hopefully shower will be fixed if we come back next year. "
