They were having trouble with the key cards when we were there but the staff went out of their way to assist us. A little more attention to cleaning the elevator would be welcomed. If you get into the area without fully knowing exactly how to get there, you may not have cell phone reception, and you'll have to drive away to get a signal to get it sorted out with the owner, Wyndi.On the plus side, yes, it is that remote that you have no cell service. However, the cabin has excellent WiFi.This place is a real gem. Wyndi was great to work with and she provided all kinds of snacks, from prepackaged to fresh items. If you're a coffee snob, bring some good coffee for the drip coffee maker. There was some Maxwell House there when we visited. "
