「Very clean and friendly staff」

「The property is well-suited for short stays; however, I suggest aligning the check-in time with standard industry practices by shifting it from 2:00 PM to 1:00 PM.」

「This hotel is very nice especially location is good! It’s a little bit far from the center of Canberra but there are many Asian cuisine restaurants in this district including supermarkets, Coles and Woolworth. All located within distance you can walk. And a tram station is nearby this place. Besides it, hotel staffs are very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and security was good! I will stay this hotel again if I will visit again!」

「Quiet location.」

「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」

「Was a lovely hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Amazing service and facilities」

「What a great hotel! It came recommended and I understand why. It’s in a great location with many kid friendly dining options, the hotel is clean and had everything we needed including easy onsite parking.」

「Very happy to come back, everything was taken cared of nicely. Amenities were in complete in good/great shapes and clean, bed was very clean and pillow was excellent! I'm usually not sleeping well every first day of checking in anywhere but I slept well here. Pool was nice and free secured parking was appreciated. The property and area was quiet, easing the stress. The only thing I would suggest is to add some more clothes hangers. Thank you!」
