"One of the single beds smelled of urine. Staff agreed and offered to change sheets. We removed sheets and mattress again smelled of urine, so new sheets wasnt going to fix that. "Property was fine, had everything you needed other than pictures showed laundry detergent and there was none in the basement suite. The host was the rudest worst I’ve ever had to deal with i felt unsafe being here and would never stay again and would never recommend. Horrible customer service"
